Kurtzace and Payment Gateway

Since Kurtzace utilizes Stripe to process credit and debit card transactions for your Kurtzace and its applications account. Stripe considers Kurtzace as a ???Partner Application??? in their terms of conditions which means if you accept our terms of service, you also agree their (Stripe) terms of service

We (Kurtzace) shall not be liable for any payments, monetary transactions and issues regarding financial and monetary transactions that occur through your use of our application ecosystem since they are handled by Stripe.

You will take complete responsibility of transactions made by you, and not hold Kurtzace liable for errant/invalid/error (network or circumstances impacting application). You need to ensure that transaction was successfully processed with the help of credit card/debit card financial institute. As a result we do not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe and/or Your Kurtzace account.

Since Stripe (our payment gateway) can decide to change their terms of service, then Kurtzace will not be liable for action that stripe takes on your account or transactions.

Kurtzace and your personal data

The Data that flows across all Kurtzace applications are stored in the ???cloud??? using Microsoft???s Azure service. Microsoft shall be solely responsible for the storage, security, availability and distribution of the Content. For more information about the Azure product and the related data security, please go to http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/trust-center/security/. Kurtzace will not be liable for any loss, destruction, unauthorized access or release, alteration or unavailability of such Content.

In order to make calls we use telecom/voice providers which use telephone or mobile network. So we urge you not to have sensitive information transmitted through our network.

We are not responsible for anything that happens at your recipient end (They hang up, feel annoyed, redirect you to calling machine, record you, violate your privacy, damage) – in short any-thing at recipient end. Our job is to transmit after we convert your voice to text for a small fee.

Prohibited Behavior

Kurtzace is under no obligation to review or monitor, and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from, the content transmitted using our service (any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, threat, or inaccuracy contained in any information). You are responsible for all content that you?? transmit using our Site/app/service. You also agree not to use the us to do any of the “Prohibited Behavior” (encourage terrorism, harassment, send incorrect data, any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, disparaging, vulgar, obscene, libelous, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive, content that violates any local, state or federal law or regulation or the law or regulation of any foreign government, violate the intellectual property rights of a third party). If someone points finger at us for any inappropriate content that you transmit – we will ask law enforcement agency to follow up with the user.
